✦ Powered by AI Security and sovereignty

Your strategic contracts stay under your control.

GEDDAI adapts to the requirements of your critical environments, with no compromise on confidentiality, integration or data control.

Your data lives
where you decide.

Three deployment models designed to meet different infrastructure, security and sovereignty requirements. The choice is yours — it is not imposed by the vendor.

01

On-premises

GEDDAI is installed inside your own infrastructure. Your contracts never leave your network.

Where is our data hosted?+

GEDDAI runs on-premises inside your own infrastructure, or as a sovereign SaaS. If qualified, hosting can be provided by a SecNumCloud-qualified provider. Advanced encryption and access rights management keep your strategic contracts and trade secrets under your control.

Who can access our contracts?+

Access rights are managed by contract scope: each contributor only sees what falls within their role on the project. Access and changes are logged, which makes it possible to reconstruct who saw what and when.

What happens to our existing contracts during migration?+

AI-assisted migration extracts the key data — dates, parties and clauses — and rebuilds a structured, audit-ready contract file. Nothing is lost, everything becomes searchable.

Let’s talk about your security requirements.
